AVA is a part of the engineering design team responsible for design and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for the Norwalk Metrolink Station in Los Angeles County, CA. Norwalk Station is a part of SCRRA 400-mile Commuter Rail.

Description

The Norwalk Metrolink Commuter Rail Station consists of a passenger station, parking areas for over 300 cars, pedestrian walkways and bridges, elevators, area lighting and landscape, etc. The soaring structural steel long span bridge spans over four sets of rail tracks with a clearance of 28’0” uniting two side platforms. This imposing structure becomes the focal point of the station development. Anil Verma Associates, Inc. (AVA) was a part of the engineering design team responsible for design and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for the Norwalk Metrolink Station in Orange County, California. The Norwalk Station was a part of Southern California Regional Rail Authority’s 400 mile Metrolink Commuter Rail Network. AVA’s Responsibilities included: Structural and Estimating.
