BUILDING “A” MODERNIZATION
LATTC, Los Angeles, CA
Building ‘A’ consists of three contiguous buildings constructed at different times from 1924 through 1935 and for multiple purposes. The building currently houses an historic theater, a classroom wing and an administration building. The scope of work consists of remodeling and seismic upgrade of the existing 100,000 gross square foot building together with the addition of new north and south courtyards and utilities, including a structural upgrade of the existing Grand Avenue Theater. The AVA management team will closely monitor the project schedule and all historic compliance requirements throughout the duration of the project to meet critical deadlines.
