Anil Verma Associates (AVA), Inc. in association with University of California, UCLA Los Angeles, USA was responsible for the Qutb Mehrauli Redevelopment, Master Plan Project, which was sponsored by the Delhi Tourism Development Corporation, India.

Project Description
Responsible for development of a 300 acre site consisting of a village of 55,000 people, vacant land, parks, the Qutb Minar Palace Complex (an historic tourist area), and several other palaces and “havelis”. AVA prepared land use feasibility, traffic circulation and landscape analysis, and concept design for redeveloping the properties into residential, commercial, and recreational facilities. AVA prepared a development scenario to create guidelines for new development and criteria to preserve the character of the old Qutb Minar Palace Complex and its environs.
