Project Description
Project consists two phases. Phase I includes civil grading, utilities, drainage, electrical area lights, fencing, retaining walls, lift station and temporary facility relocations. Phase II includes driver training and tactics, firearms facility, administration, and classroom facilities, vehicle storage, and maintenance buildings, and shooting/firing ranges.
